Uluwatu is on the Bukit peninsula at Bali's southern tip. Its cliff-top beaches, surf breaks and sunset spots are far apart, with long hills in between, so you really want your own wheels here. We deliver to villas and hotels around Uluwatu, Pecatu, Bingin and Padang Padang.
Our base is in Kerobokan, about an hour's ride away, so please book at least a day ahead and we'll agree a delivery time on WhatsApp.

Where we deliver in Uluwatu
Our Uluwatu area covers the western Bukit: Pecatu, Bingin, Padang Padang, Suluban and the villas along Jalan Raya Uluwatu. Jimbaran and Nusa Dua are separate areas with their own fees, listed at the bottom of this page.
Many Bukit villas are on limestone side roads without a name. A Google Maps pin saves a lot of searching.
Which scooter for Uluwatu?
Two people on the Bukit hills? Choose the Aprilia SR GT 200 (200 cc, with higher suspension) or the Yamaha NMAX: both climb easily with a passenger. The Vespa manages too, but it's less comfortable on long, hilly rides for two.
Riding in Uluwatu: good to know
- The roads down to the beaches are steep. Use both brakes gently and go down slowly and steadily.
- Hold on to sunglasses, hats and phones at Uluwatu temple: the monkeys there are known for grabbing them.
- Some beach car parks are on dirt. Park on firm ground and lock the handlebar.
- Fill up before heading out to the far beaches: there are fewer petrol stations on the southern Bukit.
- Scooters can use the Bali Mandara toll road across the bay in their own lane. You pay with an e-money card, not cash.

How far ahead should I book a scooter in Uluwatu?
At least a day. Our base is in Kerobokan, about an hour away depending on traffic, so we plan Uluwatu deliveries ahead and agree the time with you on WhatsApp.
Which scooter is best for Uluwatu's hills?
The Aprilia SR GT 200 or the Yamaha NMAX. Both have the power to climb the Bukit roads with two people. The Vespa is fine for one, but less comfortable for two on long hills.
How much is scooter delivery to Uluwatu?
Rp50K per trip: once to bring the scooter and once to pick it up at the end. You see the total before you book and pay it on delivery with the rental.
What's the minimum rental, and is it cheaper for longer?
The minimum is 2 days. The price per day drops the longer you ride: 20% off from 7 days, 24% off from 14 days, 50% off from 30 days. The cheapest price for your dates is applied automatically.
Do I pay a deposit or leave my passport?
No deposit, and we never keep your passport. To confirm a booking we ask on WhatsApp for a photo of your passport, your hotel or villa booking and your return flight ticket.
What's included, and how do I pay?
Every rental includes 2 helmets, raincoat, phone holder. You pay on delivery, by cash or bank transfer, and we help on WhatsApp from 8am to 9pm for the whole rental.
Do I need a driving licence to ride a scooter in Uluwatu?
Yes. You need a licence that covers motorcycles: your home licence with the motorcycle category plus an International Driving Permit that shows it too, or an Indonesian SIM C. Police in Bali do check, and travel insurance usually won't pay without one.
